Enchanted Letter S
The Enchanted Letter Workshop is one of Heather's most requested classes. Reminiscent of Victorian illuminations these drawn letterforms can add an ornate embellishment to your calligraphic work or become stand alone designs. The letterforms are based on a simple script alphabet and then fashioned into ribbon or leaf shapes with cascading vines and floral adornments. Backgrounds can be delicate pastel blends or light watercolour washes. The letters can be gilded with 23K gold leaf or painted with accents of gold gouache or watercolour. The unique variations are endless with these versatile letters are endless. This class is open to all skill levels and is best taught over two days.
